The platform succeeded in scaling Facebook’s educational outreach globally, drastically outperforming its initial growth targets.
Teaching the world about social media marketing
As the digital economy rapidly evolved, millions of small business owners were being left behind in social media marketing. Facebook needed a centralised, intuitive, and highly scalable platform that could teach complex marketing concepts and deliver them in a way that felt approachable to learners of all experience levels, regardless of their background or location.



Creating an engaging learning platform
We designed an e-learning experience focused on bite-sized content, interactive progression tracking, and clear actionable takeaways. By prioritising a clean visual hierarchy we minimised cognitive load and encouraged sustained engagement. The platform was built from the ground up to be fully responsive, ensuring that users in emerging markets with varying connectivity could access high-quality learning materials seamlessly across mobile and desktop devices.

Learn With Facebook launched across nine markets including India, Germany, France, US, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Spain and Poland. The platform’s intuitive design led to unprecedented adoption, turning ambitious benchmarks into achieved milestones ahead of schedule.

We created a library of highly reusable components, flexible templates, and dynamic content cards. This systematic approach future-proofed the platform, allowing Facebook to launch new courses, iterate on layouts, and localise the experience across multiple languages.
